ANGELS ABOUT the FILM - GLOBAL PRESS CONFERENCE

Dear Friends, Dear Musicians, as many of you already know, after CD Gypsy Groovz Orchestra goes TuttiMundi that was highly ranked on Songlines/BBC competition for world music band of the planet and initiated 120 musicians from 15 countries to play together. We worked in last 7 years on further unification of 10.000 musicians from 100 countries into one huge orchestra that unifies the biggest world music festivals on all the continents and all kinds of instruments made by mankind through the history. Discover our common musical archetypes in our common music by joining us in this collective work of art. We strongly believe that our common energy documented by our collective work art - film FiestaMania goes TuttiMundi, already appears to be huge, actually the strongest possible human way to make all the people re-think about the disappearing humanity towards our natural environment. After deep comparative study of traditional music of our planet , we found our musical similarities with traditional music from Afghanistan, Armenia, Australia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Canada, Czech Republic, Chile, China, Egypt, Ecuador, Ethiopia, Germany Japan, Mali, Morocco, Norway, Pakistan, Peru, Portugal, Slovakia, South African Republic, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Vietnam, Turkey…

My name is Ekrem. I lost my orchestra during last 10 years while this film was prepared to be shooted. Therefore I decided to make one more step before I go - to make with Ilija the united orchestra of the world that would build up the respect of peace. 

For a peace in this world, it is enough to respect all the holydays of all the cultures. In the life like that you can be what you are and play own music as the part of global composition. Thanks to all my brothers and sisters playing with our orchestra for a sake of the humanity. Nature would return us this gesture with love…

Two Instruments or Two Guns

We live in turbulence world with many disgusting problems such as drag, crime, violence, racism, lie and etc. How can we solve these Issues? When we can remove these rooted, crammed and historical crises from our environments?
This is a fact that we are getting new technology every day however we are going down every time. Think by yourself at least 5 minutes, what is happening indeed?
There are two viewpoints. First; politicians and militarists who think power and gun can help us to achieve to deliverance. They are often busy about benefit and money and money. Fortunately there is a different idea opposite of this orientation. Cultural persons and musicians who believe our salvation depends to peace. That’s why they are trying to close different opinions as possible as.
Assume two men who have two guns. They stand opposite of each other and are trying to shoot. We can suppose two positions. First, one of them was killing and second, both. That’s impossible if we want to have two winners in this field. No war never has two winners. Finally we will have one winner and one loser. That’s a real law in our world.
Now; imagine two musicians who want play two instruments, for example guitar. When one of them plays a melody, the other player try to accompany his/her partner by same or different melody or chords. They want present a great music together. They don’t want eliminate each other because they need a complementary.
Hence we can understand people who work as a player, conductor, composer, filmmaker and etc. One of these efforts is the film production FiestaMania goes TuttiMundi by Ilija Stankovic. This international project has great aims. “The biggest music film production in the world” in first glance we think that’s incredible! Fortunately it is an acceptable fact that filmmaker try to gather many musicians from all over the world for his excellent purpose.
This project invites whole artists to cooperation without any specification such as skin color, religion, nationality and culture. That will be help people to understand each other more than sports competition because nobody want to be a winner while all of them can be a winner.

God help you and your family to survive the war and have Silk Road Festival made better than ever. I know that you have been a peace maker all your life and thank you for joining our film production with all 17 nations. We will make your festival in the film only to keep the memory on the peace and show where the light is! We all love this song and hope to have it performed with all 60 nations in the film. Important to mention is that Huosain has writen and cooperated on the film from the middle of the war in Damascus. My deepest respect for his efforts to cooperate while his electricity and internet supply are very sporadic and life danger permanent. My deepest respect to this professor of traditional music and founder of the festival of 17 nations. Impressive!

and specially our gypsy trubaci (brass players) - for me personally are masculine, these instruments are men and we women we dance. We are the feminine aspect in that so the circle is rounded.

Ilija, when I first heard about your idea, I was blown away. This is a unique movement never done before where you show that people can be together in their diversity, and diverse in togetherness. At first glance, one might think that this project connects the incompatible, and thus making it mission impossible. However, you have been connecting the dots in such a harmonious form that this can only bring the nations closer and help us recognize the emotions of other nations' music. It gives us the ability to blend in and correctly interpret their music, their cultural heritage. Not only that your project accomplishes the above, but also demonstrates the synergy of music and our environment. Well, at first look, Fiesta Mama goes Tutti Mundi really looks like utopic, impossible project. But knowing Ilija since early eighties-the world was young for both of us then - when he was still in the rock'n'roll business in ex Yugoslavia(we worked on some projects in Slovenia, not mentioning his volunteer efforts to help in my group's career), I recognized that he would go much further in his work in the future. And most important, I learned from him is that making things possible is not just dealing with money, you have to have vision, you have to cooperate, you have to know what you are doing and you have to be a long term runner. Gypsy Groovz Orchestra project was probably one of the spring-boards for this movie, which is not just logistically huge: the greatest thing on it, is in it's message, that cultures are equal in their diversity. I am glad to have possibility to be a small part of efforts trying to reach this goal.

Shadow People of the Blood Moon

My ancestors are great Lakota medicine men and a holy woman was my great grandmother. My great-great grandfather is the voice of the four winds of the world that speak to the wise ones. It is my
 grandfather who speaks to you. I was born of the ash of our great genocide. I remain a ghost, a shadow in the world of which I live. I look up at no one and look down on no one. The government tells me I am neither Native American or white. They tell me I am not a Lakota, I have lived in the white world most of my life. Although our government denies my heritage I fight for the social injustices to my ancestors. I live the beliefs that my mother and father taught me.

Twenty years ago Creator brought my brother Priest Steven into my musical life, our band of brothers and the life of our Native American people. As musicians we experienced a new world in the creation of the Magic Mountain album recorded in 1993 in San Francisco  The years have past, but our brotherhood remains intact. My brother Priest Steven introduced me to Ilija Stankovic and the vision of global peace. There are many social and human injustices that deny progress and enlightenment. The stripping away of untruth leads us to discover our potential, capacities and means for brotherhood in global peace. If we are able to find emotionally intelligent, empathic awareness and communication for our fellow leaders and constituencies, we can create a new design of human thinking above and beyond greed, hatred, violence…the injustices of humanity. 

The struggles around the world for equality and social justice are met with oppressive forces to exterminate global rights for people of ethnic cultures. Manifest Destiny has run its course in the 21st Century and we are on the edge of the storm. The leaders who came before us laid down their lives for our rights and freedoms. They put up a good fight, and leave the struggle to people like us, the people of the world, the stories that are yet untold. The struggle for global peace is a challenge to who we are as a global humanity. The voice and spirit of justice is spreading throughout the world, a hunger for something real, authentic expression and communication. The hundreds of languages are brought to emotional empathic expression through a unification of one musical voice. 

It is a voice that must be heard if humanity is to thrive and rise above the forces challenging our right to exist in the world as individuals, communities and global free nations. The vision to heal the world is one of dreamers who know no other way and realize the dreams that are beyond their comprehension. The song of change starts with one note, one beat of the drum. One beat of the heart that brings hope for humanity and global synchronicity. I ask the people of the world to join the Nanissaanah, the power of ancient grandfather spirits, for the cleansing and purification for the people of the world. 

Our global humanity has reached critical mass throughout the world, with impending global war and destruction looming on our socio-economical, cultural, emotional and spiritual horizons. The polarization of ideologies have led our human potential to impulsive and erratic decision making that threatens the existence of the human race. Emotional intelligence, empathic education, communication and awareness create the potential to redirect our personal and family sense of autonomy and well being. We have the power to generate a community, national and global awakening to return our communities to safe harbors, to live in peace and raise our children. It is our children’s right to ascend to their unlimited potentials through future generations embraced in a culture of diversity, acceptance, inclusion and understanding.
The words of Black Elk echo, ‘Hear me, four quarters of the world, a relative I am! Give me the strength to walk the soft earth, a relative to all that is! Give me the eyes to see and the strength to understand, that I may be like you. With your power only can I face the winds. Great Spirit, my Grandfather, all over the earth the faces of living things are all alike. With tenderness have they come up out of the ground. Look upon the faces of children without number and with children in their arms, that they may face the wind and walk the good road to the day of quiet’ This is my prayer, hear me!

Guca prevrsila meru: BOJKOT SABORA TRUBACA

Kada sam 2001 godine napravio prvi Ponocni Dvoboj Mastora Trube jasno sam Guci u planu razvoja velikog festivala napisao da cemo napraviti monstruma od festivala sa svetskom slavom koji potom necemo moci da kontrolisemo zbog nedostatka kadrova koji ce tim festivalom upravljati. Muzicki dvoboj je postao popularna vrsta koncerta u celom svetu a  Guca se smanjila po broju stanovnika na 1300 i desilo se to sto sam predvideo. Za dobru prognozu svakog pojedinacnog problema u razvoju Sabora Trubaca sam nazvan Barabom (hvala na komplimentu Gradjanina Adama Tadica sto me na nekoj press konferenciji nazvase biblijskim imenom samospasitelja nacije) jer sam trazio odgovornost za predvidjene greske. Govorim istinu o ogromnim problemima u kojima se Guca nasla i citam tuzni poziv trubacima na bojkot Sabora Trubaca koji sam takodje predvideo. Tako je to kada se radi posao specijalizovanog producenta velikih dogadjaja u malim sredinama gde mi radno iskustvo od 30 godina ukazuje na predvidljivost bezakonja i pohlepe koji su zavladali Gucom  ali i citavom Srbijom.

Za tih nasih zajednickih 12 godina Guca je lose kopirala moj razvojni program iskazan u dva petogodisnja plana i nije vaspostavila pravedan sistem  samofinasiranja festivala koji bi postovao trubace i njihova prava. Zato  je ostala bez prava na svoj arhiv a trubaci stekli mogucnost za naplatu svojih prava preko nemacke autorske agencije (kad vec nemamo svoju koja radi svoj posao).Nije shvacena ni preporuka da mesanje politickih partija u kulturne institucije i njihovu ekonomiju, radi profita, po prirodi stvari dovodi do rusenja kulture. Prokleto je tesko biti star i iskusan kada gledas propadanje kulturnog bica ovog naroda predvodjen pohlepnim politicarima. Kako na to mirno gledati?
I svake godine u Guci ista pesma. Gomila nikada resenih problema koji postoje tokom cele, 53 godine duge istorije Sabora Trubaca. Na kraju kao covek koji postuje resenja zapisana u tradiciji naseg naroda, mogu samo reci da nema ko da ih procita i da podsetim da za ovaj status quo postoji resenje. Zato tiho nastavljam da se njime bavim jer sam i dalje zvanicno ovlascen da obavljam posao zastupnika i Sabora Trubaca i samih Trubaca – njegovih osnivaca. 

Kao i mnogo puta do sada postavicu resiv problem za neodgovoran management Sabora Trubaca – bice to film sa unapred prodatom svetskom distribuciojom koji ce stvoriti Sabor kakav bi on trebalo da bude u buducnosti, sa postovanjem prava trubaca i sa ujedinjenjem najvecih festivala sa svih kontinenata. Bez mogucnosti mesanja politike u ovu globalnu kulturnu fuziju.

Naime meni kao filmskom autoru i producentu niko ne moze da ospori Sabor Trubaca kao festival koji u filmu ujedinjuje muzicare najvecih festivala na svetu, kroz borbu za opstanak humanosti na svim kontinentima putem ujedinjene tradicionalne muzike citavog sveta. 
Dugo iskustvo rada u muzickoj i filmskoj produkciji i ogromna mreza muzickih prijateljstava po citavom svetu i mentorstvo iskusnih muzickih producenata, omogucili su mi da stvorim potpuno novi nacin filmske produkcije i postavim muzicki repertoar koji predstavlja osnovnu vezu vecine svetskih kultura u tradicionalnoj muzici. Hiljade sati snimljenih video materijala koji u samom centru nose lepotu nase trube koja sve te festivale povezuje u jedan zajednicki orkestar. Vrlo dobro znam da i Srbiji i Saboru Trubaca treba samopouzdanja koliko i ovom svetu koji se zaneo u svojoj pohlepi i zapoceo globalni proces unistenja u kojem sada retki vide izlaz. Znam koliko je jak nas kolektivni duh kada imamo snage da postedimo svet od mrznje koja nam cesto preplavljuje srca. Kriza i rat su ovaj narod iscrpli i kompas se trenutno vrti u krug i ne pokazuje pravac u kojem treba ici. Zato sam citavih 12 godina potrosio na ovaj isprva moj mali san, a zatim pre cetiri godine i obnarodovani projekat, koji je odmah na pocetku dobio kompliment za najbolji world music orkestar od strane svetskih muzickih autoriteta. 
Cudili se ljudi mojim filmovima bez reci koje nisam promovisao u Srbiji ali sam im dozvolio da shvate da je to bilo tek prizmelje u gradnji nebodera filmske produkcije sa 60 zemalja i njihovih kultura da bi se izgradio osecaj potreba za zastitom humanosti koja je na planeti zemlji pocela da nestaje. Ista ona humanost koja nedostaje prema cuvarima nase kulturne tradicije, nedostaje citavom svetu. Nasi su trubaci gradili Sabor krvavim usnama tokom celodnevnih takmicarskih obaveza i izgradili svetsko ime festivala u Guci. Taj rad u Guci i u Srbiji niko ne priznaje kao sto je negde duboko u nama povredjena humanosti koja je svakodnevnim vestima neprestano povredjivana krutoscu i grubostima ljudskog uma.
Izgraditi tu ogromnu filmsku paletu Sabora Trubaca na filmu je snimanje koje aktivno radim vec cetiri godine i imam nameru da ga zavrsim za tri godine. Bice to najveci svetski festival koji prikazuje civilizaciju sa svim svojim aktuelnim problemima koji se samo zajednickim radom svih ljudi na planeti mogu prevazici. Centar tog svetskog festvala bice Guca kakvom je ja vidim i neka model saradnje nasih umetnika sa citavim svetom bude putokaz / olaksanje svim onima koji takvu potrebu osecaju npr. pri razvoju pregovora pri pristupu Evropskoj Uniji ali i putokaz covecanstvu ove planete koji dokazuje da se samo udruzivanjem u zajednickom resavanju problema mogu prevazici mnogi problemi danasnjice. Krajnje je vreme da ljudska vrsta shvati da rat nije nacin za resavanje problema niti za prosperitet ljudske vrste na ovoj planeti. Zato neka taj skromni poduhvat muzicara ovog sveta koji u kolektivno umetnickom delu  daruju po kap svoje umetnicke kreacije bude model moguceg nacina funkcionisanja moderne drzave, grada, sela, porodice...i neka se danasnja Guca zamisli kakav lik zeli da dobije u tom filmu: ruzan, kakvog ga sada ima prema trubacima i publici koja ga je gradila zajedno sa trubacima ili najlepsi moguci na svetu, udruzujuci najvece festivale u jedan sa zajednickom porukom pozitivizma sa ponosnom publikom koja slavi najlepse ljudske vrednosti i snagu ujedinjenja.
Mozda bi i vlast ove drzave trebalo o tome da razmisli imajuci u vidu da sam se produkcije festivala u Guci prihvatio u najgorem mogucem momentu najvece satanizacije srpskog naroda i od Balkana  i tople balkanske duse napravio svetski muzicki trend.

I jedna i druga moguca opcija raspleta na kraju filma su sasvim solidni dramaturski moguci zavrsetak tog mog filma za koje postoji adekvatno trzisno opravdanje i snazno interesovanje.

Neki bi, siguran sam u nekom svom vidjenju raspleta zeleli da Srbija bude prikazana kao nedostojna snazi svoje muzicke tradicije ali bih svakako vise voleo da se u filmu desi katarza spoznaje znacaja velikog sjedinjenje ljudskog roda oko opstanka planete bas u Guci.  U toj opciji nema mesta za one koji mogucnost da se to desi osporavaju. Pa ni za Gucu.

Ako se iz ovog sna vratimo u grubu realnost, sadasnji Sabor je u ogromnom problemu bojkota trubaca koji godinama narasta uz smanjeno interesovanje publike uzrokovano drasticnim padom kvaliteta programskih sadrzaja i kvaliteta turisticke ponude. 

Resenje ovog problema je vrlo jednostavno: Ako estradne zvezde koji su za razliku od trubaca na Saboru trubaca placene zestokim honorarima za svoje nastupe, trubaci su zasluzili da budu placeni duplo vise od njih jer su Dragacevu podarili ovaj bise svojom muzikom u moraju biti cenjeni kao sto je u svetu cenjen jedan Pikaso ili Miles Davis. To Guca duguje trubi i ako se to desi Dragacevo ce smoci snage da stvori najveci svetski festival.     

Naime treba podsetiti da Gradjanin Adam Tadic, sadasnji direktor Centra za Kulturu, Sport i Turizam, koji je u vreme mog dolaska u Gucu 2001 godine bio Predsednik Opstine Lucani kojoj teritorijalno pripada Guca, nije imao sredstava ni za telefonske racune tadasnjeg Doma Kulture i molio za pomoc u obezbedjenju uslova za produkciju Sabora Trubaca te godine. Bilo je tuzno i sramotno posmatrati sepurenje Karica tajkuna koji je napravio spomenik trubacu sa svojim likom u centru Guce. Gledati kako tri dana pred proglasenje stecaja Sartida Sabor sa ovim kapitalnim gubitnikom potpisuje ugovor o generalnom sponzorstvu od kojeg nije vidjen niti jedan jedini dinar koristi.
Narednih godina sam posle toga u ime svoje nemacke firme placao kompletne produkcijske troskove festivala i pokrenuo svetsku promociju koja je dovela ogroman broj stranih gostiju sa oko 1700 novinskih clanaka u stranoj stampi, dok je spomenuti Gradjanin Tadic 12 godina kasnije svojim bahatim stavovima prema ucesnicima festivala u Guci, prodao ime  najstarijeg festivala sakralne muzike u Evropi nekakvim uvazenim trgovcima alkoholnih pica cije je ime izbrisalo ime Sabora Trubaca i izazvao visegodisnji revolt trubaca. Dovoljno je dakle biti radnicko dete sa beogradske Karaburme koje voli svoju zemlju i svoj narod, pa zakljuciti da se radi o unistenju festivala losim programskim resenjima i poslovanjem sto dovodi do ogromnog nezadovoljstva trubaca koje se nanovo obnavlja svake godine, svaki put sve jace i jace dok se kola ne budu slomila na ledjima osiromasenog Dragaceva kojem ovaj festival mnogo znaci.Meni to nikada nije bila zelja jer sam uprkos svim nedacama nastavio da radim za sabor jer to sto radim ne radim zbog novca.

Nisam profesionalni patriota kao Gospodin Adam Tadic koji od silnog kulturnog aktivizma ne zna da pokaze gde mu je arhiv Sabora Trubaca koji je napravio za tih 12 godina. U istom periodu sa napravio napravio arhiv od 300.000 muzickih naslova kulturnog nasledja i slicnosti Balkana i objavio 20tak svetskih muzickih izdanja koja su od sabora napravila svetsko ime jer moje jeftine cipele gaze korake od sedam milja po svim kontinentima i otvoreno komuniciraju sa svim kulturama, dok mojom rodnom Srbijom vladaju politicki Komesari moje mladosti koji se koprcaju u bezidejnosti i dozvoljavaju propast zemlje koju smatraju datim poklonom za eksploataciju zarad licnih materijalistickih ciljeva. 

Sadasnji predvodnici festivala nisu sposobni da donesu duhovnu promenu u zivot ovog napacenog naroda, sto je njihov osnovni socioloski zadatak kulturnih radnika i moja najveca zamerka njima.

Pitam se ko je taj jadnicak Gradjanin Adam Tadic - profesionalni patriota u danasnjoj Srbiji koji se krije iza drzave i turbo folka i koji neprestanom svadjom sa Trubacima ucesnicima najvece kulturne manifestacije u ovom regionu zaposeda medije svojim neprestanim laznim izjavama? U poslednje borbene redove Sabora potisnut  je njegov osnivac Prof. Nikola Stojic koji nemocan pred secikesama cuti i brani staru ideju sabora u svojim mislima? Koja je drustvena funkcija Gradjanina Adama Tadica i njemu slicnih? Koga oni pokusavaju da obmanjuju pozivima na pijanku eminentnog proizvodjaca alkoholnih pica umesto na hodocasce nasoj trubi? Ne moze nas obmanuti taj propali coveculjak narusenog zdravlja Gradjanin Adam Tadic. 
  
Kome je vise do svadje i optuzivanja bez krajnje odgovornosti?

Dosta tih kloniranja lazljivih politicara koji nas decenijama vode u 21. vek, grade autoputeve koje niko ne vidi, bezocno lazu da imaju projekte za cuvanje hrasta i stite gresne projektante, ili neodmereno obecavaju stotinu milijardi evra stranih investicija da bi odmah po dolasku na vlast ucutali kao ribe i zaboravili na obecanja koja deluju isto toliko lazno kao i obecanja svih njihovih prethodnika koji su isto tako vredjali inteligenciju ovog naroda. Svi oni zajedno nisu niti primetili sta je nas najveci i najuspesniji izvozni potencijal koji je na svetskom planu pomirenja sa svetom ucinio vise nego svi politicari zajedno. Za taj zakljucak je potrebno samo malo promucurnosti i samopostovanja za trubu i njenu svetsku popularnost ali i malo poznavanja pravila poslovanja i npr. poznavanja znacenja poslovnog modela fransize koja je mogla biti prodata citavom svetu da su predvodnici kulturne manifestacije i regionalne politicke kolovodje zaista stekle diplome kojima se javno hvale.

Dosta vise tog amaterizma jer je cela Evropa pocela da gradi svoje trubacke festivale a Guca nema ni koncertnu agenciju za saradnju sa tim festivalima a kamoli znanja i kadrova za funkcionalizaciju festivalske fransize.
Umesto da imamo deset velikih orkestara na stalnoj turneji mi pare trosimo na istorijske spektakle koje niko sem nas nece videti. Dovoljno je bilo gledati taj infantilni amaterzam na delu jer to nije dobar nacin da se promovise Srbija.

Vise je nego jasno da pravi problem u Guci nije nezadovoljstvo trubaca pravilnikom takmicenja i nacinom dodele nagrada,koje su cao (o drskosti) clanovi zirija dodeljivali orkestrima u kojima sviraju, vec cinjenica da se bojkot trubaca zasniva na nezadovoljstu zasnovanom na losem poslovanju sabora koji u svom biznis planu nema stavku njihovih honorara ali ima vesto prikrivanje nalaza Budzetske inspekcije Ministartva za Finasije koje je pronasla ogromne anomalije u poslovanju Sabora Trubaca i Opstine Lucani. Sasvim je razumljivo da trubaci hoce da bojkotuju sabor jer i macke na gucanskoj kaldrmi o tome pricaju a Gradjanin Adam Tadic prikriva.

Dakle upitajmo se ko i zasto sakriva taj finansijski izvestaj?

I iskreno mi je zao sto moram da razocaram imenovanog Gradjanina Adama Tadica i njemu slicne da ja nisam autor spornog anonimnog pisma. Autor tog pisma je njegova losa savest jer ja nikada nisam imao potrebu za anonimnim nacinom obracanja. O ovakvim problemima od samog pocetka govorim javno od momenta kada je pravnicki tim koji je procenio da se u slucaju Sabora Trubaca radi o organizovanom kriminalnom poduhvatu i odmah izgubio licence za rad. Govorio sam javno uprkos jasnom razumevanju da se bavim opasnom rabotom u zemlji u kojoj ne postoji pravosudje i pravosudna funkcija Specijalnog suda  koji na zalost predstavlja samo alat za zamenu vlasti ali ne i za procesuiranje organizovanog kriminala.  Upravo zato o tome radim film i sve diskreditujuce materijale cuvam kao garanciju svog zivota.

Praksa na zalost pokazuje da pravosudni sistem u ovoj zemlji stiti profesionalne patriote koji putem svojih partiokratski stecenih pozicija raspolazu sudbinom ovog naroda bez ikakve odgovornosti. Izgleda mi kao da ce uskoro predsednici politickih partija narucivati pesme koje ce orkestri izvoditi na saborskom takmicenju? A od politicke odgovornosti za lose poslovanje nista: Naprave svinjariju bez odgovornosti, povuku se na par godina u drugi plan ostavljajuci deo svoje pozorisne trupe koja deluje iz suprotne politicke opcije da nastavi pljacku a zatim se opet presvucena u neku novu partijsku uniformu vracaju na scenu i nastavljaju sa istim poslom. To je i meni koji se politikom ne bavim potpuno jasno.

Ovom narodu nisu potrebna takmicenja u kojima clanovi strucnih zirija i korumpiranih komisija dodeljuju nagradu samima sebi.
Ovom narodu nije potreban festival u kojem direktor festivala narucuje pesme koje ce orkestri takmicari svirati kao narucene pesme u kafani.
Ovom narodu nije potreban festival na kojem se svira za baksis vec za papren honorar da bi festival bio legenda o kojoj se prica po celom svetu kao o trubama u Burbon Street u New Orleansu.
Ovom narodu nisu potrebni festivali koji ucenjuju ucesnike obecanim nagradama na takmicenju i bez ikakvog zakonskog osnova prodaju intelektualnu svojinu umetnika. Tako se nasoj deci nece stvarati pozitivni uzori i nove generacije trubaca.
Ovom narodu ne trebaju vise nikakvi koncerti Gorana Bregovica koji je u citavom nizu sudskih sporova i njegovog prijateljskog okruzenja proglasen lopovom. Takvi uzori lopova nasoj deci nisu potrebni kao sto nisu potrebni nastupi slicnih estradnih zvezda cija je jedina funkcija izvlacenje sponzorstava od Javnih preduzeca koja pritom beleze neverovatne munise u poslovanju.

Uzasno je tuzno kada vidite pijanu masu publike u Guci koja dozivljava ekstazu u turbo folku a par nevidljivih i nespomenutih aktera neprimetno vade iz kase javnih preduzeca ogromne svote novca ovog naroda, trpaju u svoje svilene dzepove i kupuju neverovatne kolicine nekretnina po zemlji Srbiji.

Dosta tog i takvog Gorana Bregovica koji je pokrao iste te nase trubace. On je poslednji covek koji u Guci treba da svira.  Napolje iz zemlje veliki kompozitore lopovske muzike! 
Jer vreme je da je za duhovno zdravlje ovog naroda veoma bitno da se razume da je samo dobro nagradjen umetnik - zadovoljan umetnik koji je kao takav, kreativan i raspolozen da svira dobro i podize raspolozenje i pozitivan duh  publike i stvara snazan izvozni proizvod. 
Festival na kojem umetnik svira narucene pesme bi mogao da bude festival sa lose raspolozenim muzicarima i jos losije raspolozenom publikom trubaca na kojem ce Gradjanin Adam Tadic morati da objasni zasto ih je nipodastavanjem i bahatoscu rasterao. Sa tacke bezbednosti festivala lose raspolozenje muzicara se moze reflektovati na lose i destruktivno raspolozenje publike i festival pretvoriti u daleko veci problem za koji ni MUP ni Zdravstvene sluzbe ni Vatrogasci nisu pripremljeni. A tada ce moguce posledice biti nesagledive.

Ko je Gradjaninu Tadicu omogucio da nipodastava i lazno informise i domacu javnost o presudi Vrhovnog  Suda Republike Srbije vezano za moju ulogu u Saboru Trubaca, mene koji sam na sve ove probleme pravovremeno ukazivao? On svim snagama sakriva moje komentare ali i nalaze o sopstvenom finansijskom poslovanju kada po zakonu o javnom informisanju ustanova kulture koju vodi ima obavezu javnosti svog poslovanja?

Kakva je to politicka opcija socijalizma bez humanosti u kojem se stvara mogucnost otvorenog negodovanja nezadovoljne publike na ovakvo poslovanje i proteste povodom najave najboljih orkestara koji nece svirati u Guci?

Zasto Gradjanin Tadic reklamira Sabor Trubaca bez imena orkestara koji ce sviratu u Guci?
Da nije Gradjanin Adam Tadic slucajno ostao bez trubaca pred ovaj Sabor?

Kakvom to drustvenom sistemu nas poducava Gradjanin Tadic?
Da li je iko procitao studije Ministarstava Unutrasnjih poslova drugih zemalja u ovakvim situacijama?
Ko ce biti odgovoran za mogucu nastalu stetu i osiguravajuce nadoknade prouzrokovane laznim informacijama pustenim u medije da je Sabor Trubaca spreman ako stampedo pijanih i drogiranih posetilaca, ozlojedjenih zbog nedostatka programa, nanese povrede neduznim posetiocima, kucevlasnicima ili vlasnicima ugostiteljskih objekata? Da li ce biti odgovoran Adam Tadic ili Drzava Srbija koja je njegov poslodavac koja cita ovo upozorenje? Ko ce tada da nadoknadi nastalu stetu?

Da li je i koji deo drzavnog aparata saucesnik u toj smusenoj amaterskoj raboti Gradjanina Adama Tadica kao clana Glavnog odbora SPSa u saradnji sa poverenikom SNS za Gucu, bivsim predsednikom Opstine Lucani Gradaninom Slobodanom Jolovicem koji su direktno odgovorni za nepostovanje prava trubaca i finansijske zloupotrebe neverovatnih minusnih bilansa. Da li mi ovde govorimo o Gradjanima koji su jednaki pred zakonom sa svakim drzavljaninom Republike Srbije ili je to samo po sebi odlicna tema za aktuelnu fazu pregovora sa Evropskim Komesarom za prosirenje EU na temu implementacije vazecih zakona i funkcionalizacije pravosudja u zemlji Srbiji na primeru poslovanja srpskog festivala sa nemackom firmom?

Ili ce to biti sasvim zgodna prilika da mi se na vrata posalju profesionalne tabadzije koje ce mi zavrnuti siju? (javite mi unapred da ukljucim kamere i pustim vec snimljene filmske materijale podignute na Internet)

Cemu onda potreba za usvajanjem evropskih zakona kada se ne primenjuju?
Cemu cela pozorisna predstava o ispunjavanju visokih standarda Evropske Unije kada visoki funkcioneri ove drzave te zakone ne postuju i javno obmanjuju ovaj narod bez ikakve odgovornosti? Da li nepravdu prema trubacima treba da resava sud u Strasburu? Nemoguce je cak i predvideti sve negativne konotacije ovakvog raspleta...

Jer gospodo ne zaboravite da kljucni deo ovih problema podleze nadleznosti nemackog suda na kojem sud posluje nezavisno od politickih naredbi uobicajenih za srpske sudove.   Treba li ja da vrsim prinudnu naplatu od Republike Srbije da bih u Nemackoj formirao penzioni fond za ugrozene trubace i da  time napravim najgoru mogucu reklamu nase drzave koja nije spremna za Evropu?

Ovo razjasnjenje ce pre ili kasnije morati da daju i Ministar za Kulturu i Ministar za Turizam i Ministar za Infrastrukturu i Ministar za Finansije i na kraju i Premijer Vlade Republike Srbije jer je Gradjanin Tadic clan Glavnog Odbora SPSa a ne postuje odluke Vrhovnog Suda Republike Srbije jer se odluke tog suda na njega ne odnose. Pre nego zauste bla bla odgovor neka razmisle kakve sankcije direktno po medjunarodnom pravu nastaju za nepostovanje autorskih i srodnih prava trubaca zasticenih u Nemackoj autorskoj agenciji GEMA u protivvrednosti 60 transplantacija srca za neku drugu Tijanu kojoj nismo pomogli na vreme zbog iste takve drzave cija se neodgovornost zatice u svim sferama zivota. Ali nek posebno razmisle kakvu ce ulogu dobiti u mom filmu u  kojem nas podrzavaju festivali sa svih kontinenata?

Neka imenovani objasne ko i zasto prikriva izvestaj Budzetske inspekcije Ministarstva finansija o milionskim zloupotrebama budzetskih sredstava koji se odnose na poslovanje istaknutih partijskih clanova SPSa i SNSa koji su se javno programski opredelili za eliminaciju kriminala i korupcije i smanjenje budzetskih rashoda. 

Ko i zasto njih stiti ako se godinama prikrivaju njihovi uzasno losi poslovni bilansi?

Dok se ne dobiju odgovori na ova pitanja postojace Bojkot Sabora Trubaca od strane trubaca jer sam po sebi nastaje zbog nepostovanja osnovnih ljudskih prava na rad 600 trubackih porodica u ovom narodu.

Nepostovanje najvece kulturne manifestacije u zemlji vredja nacionalno bice i inteligencija ovog pametnog ali uspavanog naroda od strane direktno i konkretno odgovorne izvrsne vlasti ovog naroda koja odbija da ovaj problem resi.

Sasvim je jasno da po visegodisnjim izjavama glasnogovornika Sabora Trubaca svake godine u Guci boravi pola miliona posetilaca i potrosi 50 Miliona Evra te da po statutu SOKOJa a na osnovu ovih izjava u medijima, SOKOJ ima puno pravno svojstvo i statutarnu obavezu potrazivanja 5% od ukupnog obrta festivala na ime malih autorskih prava. Dakle svake godine iz trubackog dzepa isklizne 2,5 Miliona Evra koje SOKOJ ima pravo i statutarnu obavezu potrazivanja punog iznosa uz mogucnost zadrzavanja samo statutarno definisane provizije od 8%. Zasto se gospodo kao javno deklarisani borci protiv kriminala i korupcije ustezete da postujete sopstvenu kulturu i sopstveni ugrozeni narod? Zasto SOKOJ ne stiti svoje umetnike po sluzbenoj duznosti? Zasto trubace u zastitu ne uzima ni Ministar Kulture koji je iz premalenog budzeta RS za Kulturu izdvojio znacajna sredstva? Neka razmisli da li time saucestvuje u kriminalnog delatnosti ove dobro organizovane grupe?

Ako ste od ovog naroda dobili plate  i preuzeli vasu radnu obavezu i odgovornost izvrsne vlasti ovoga naroda, zasto onemogucujete nosioce kulturne tradicije ovog naroda da budu placeni za svoj rad isto kao i vi za svoj?

Vise je nego evidentno da novca za tu namenu ima jer su estradne zvezde poslednjih godina na saboru bile placane ozbiljnim honorarima. Da li je tesko prekopirati model poslovnog plana  svakog pravog velikog svetskog festivala, kakvim zelite da prikazete nas dragi i vrlo voljeni Sabor Trubaca, i konacno, jednom za svagda uvedete stavku honorari trubaca i ZAMP? 
Pokazite za pocetak da su Gradjani Adam Tadic, Slobodan Jolovic, Aco Pajovic, Dragan Susic, Radovan Ilic, Velja Ilic, Milutin Mrkonjic, Zivorad Ajdacic, Bratislav Petkovic... zaista gradjani sa jednakim pravima svakog drugog gradanina u nasoj zemlji i bice to dovoljno za pocetak razresenja problema bojkota festivala koji donosi mnogo vecu i nenadoknadivu stetu.
